• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person, organization or other entity

Actions taken on violations
Nova30 strives to protect the user experience, and in doing so our actions will reflect the spirit, not just the letter, of these Terms of Use.
Nova30 reserves the right to suspend or remove any content that, in our opinion, negatively affects the user experience or the safety of our community, regardless of whether such conduct is explicitly prohibited by these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use do not contain an exhaustive list of all types of content that Nova30 may restrict or block, nor of all the grounds on which Nova30 may restrict or block content.
